Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not ecstatic with your order, you may return unworn and unwashed items with their original tags attached within 21 days of delivery.  Shipping and handling charges and sales tax are not refundable. We charge a $10.00 return shipping fee which is also non-refundable. Just send us an email at info@wolfowl.com to start the process. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above standards. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

All exchanges are subject to availability and the same standards outlined above.
