When will my order ship?
Wolf & Owl is a start-up boutique retailer and every order is hand packed and shipped. Our processing time for new orders can be up to 72 business hours.
How long will shipping take?
We ship using USPS and offer ground flat rate or priority shipping. Items are shipping from the Los Angeles area and will depend on the distance from there.

Returns
How can I make a return?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason you are not ecstatic with your order, you may return unworn and unwashed items with their original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Just send us an email at info@wolfowl.com to start the process.
All exchanges are subject to availability and the same standards outlined above.
Are returns free?
Shipping and handling charges and sales tax are not refundable. We charge a $3.00 return shipping fee which is also non-refundable.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
